The service provider MB "Dimensional Leap" undertakes to provide the reserved services, and the service recipient, when reserving the escape room, undertakes to arrive on time or to notify the service provider in advance of non-arrival or the need to change the time of the service. If the service provider has not been informed about the service recipient's delay of more than 10 minutes or no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded. By reserving an escape room and bringing friends, colleagues or family members, the service recipient becomes the representative of the group, responsible for the behavior, health and damages of the entire group. Upon arrival, he must sign a service contract. Each member of the group must familiarize themselves with the internal rules and sign them. Without signing the service contract or familiarization with the internal rules, the service will not provided and the cancellation policy applies. The service recipient understands that after purchasing a VR Exit gift card and not reserving the game before the expiry date of the gift card, the service provider is not obliged to extend the validity of the voucher. The customer can transfer the reserved time no more than twice and no later than 24 hours before the start of the game. Time change is free of charge. The service provider reserves the right not to transfer the reserved time less than 24 hours before the start of the game. In case of cancellation of a paid reservation, the amount refunded is the amount after deduction of payment processing fees. If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the start of the game, the Service Provider reserves the right not to refund the amount paid.
